'09 Draft Guide: New England Patriots Team Preview

There were high, high hopes for fantasy owners who drafted New England players last year. Coming into ’08, Randy Moss was fresh off of breaking the touchdown receptions record (23), Wes Welker had tied for the league lead in receptions (112) and Tom Brady, the fantasy MVP, threw for 4,806 yards, 50 touchdowns and only eight interceptions. Brady was a lock as a mid first-round pick in all fantasy drafts, Moss not too far behind -- going at the end of the first, early second at the latest. Even Wes Welker was being drafted early as the New England fantasy karma was higher than it had ever been.

'09 Draft Guide: Kansas City Chiefs Team Preview

Perhaps no team saw more turnover and change this off-season than the Kansas City Chiefs. Coach Herm Edwards and his conservative style of football are gone, and in is new head coach Todd Haley and his innovative system. Haley looks to turn a team that at times looked anemic on both sides of the football, into one that can once again be worth watching -- something similar to the hay-days of Trent Green and Priest Holmes. To help accomplish that goal, new GM Scott Pioli brought in numerous new players to help make the transition go as swiftly as possible.
